Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time contest

No purchase or obligation necessary to enter or claim a prize. 

ELIGIBILITY 

Those who wish to enter any of the Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time contests must be a legal resident of the United States and must be at least 18 years old on the date of the contest entry. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Information about entrants will not be shared with third parties.

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase or obligation is necessary to enter or claim a prize. To enter the Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time Giveaway Facebook contests, you must: (1) Like the Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time Facebook page; (2) Like the giveaway announcement Facebook post; and (3) Leave a comment on the day of the giveaway to be entered in for chance to win. 

Any entries received from countries other than the United States will be disqualified.

DRAWINGS

The winner for giveaway will be randomly selected from the list of all entrants on the day of the 100th Like. The drawing will be conducted under the direction of Kendyl Murphy, administrator of the Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time page, whose decisions are final in all matters relating each contest. Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

NOTIFICATION

All winners of each contest will be announced through a post on the Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time page two days following each giveaway. The post will ask the winners to send a personal message via facebook including their full name, mailing address, and prize they won in the body of the e-mail. This message is required in order for the winners to officially claim their prizes. All prizes for each Facebook contest will be mailed to the winner within 30 business days from the time Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time receives the mailing address. By accepting the prize, you are confirming that you comply with the rules of eligibility and the liability and publicity terms enumerated below. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules and Regulations, or if the prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner determined by Kendyl Murphy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kendyl Murphy (or anyone connected to Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time) is not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the contest, or any incomplete, lost, late or damaged postal mail. Contestants release all Parties from any of the above-mentioned liabilities. These Official Rules and Regulations shall be interpreted by and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY CONTEST

Kendyl Murphy, administrator of Healthy Living 1 Step at a Time, reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest, as determined by her.
